Even a party record can have a message - the band experienced this when Dropkick Murphys played the 'Okemah Rising' songs 'Gotta Get to Peekskill' and 'I Know How It Feels' to thousands of fans during their Germany Tour. Every night, when the audience sings along to Woody's words, his unwavering defense of the working class and his fight against social injustice and the abuse of political power come across loud and clear.
