The Finnish metal legends: Children of Bodom and their captivating legacy - the last concert available on CD & LP!

In 2019, Children of Bodom played their final concert in Helsinki titled 'A Chapter Called Children of Bodom' before the band dissolved. Alexi Laiho (lead guitar, lead vocals) and Daniel Freyberg (rhythm guitar) continued their collaboration as Bodom After Midnight in 2020. Laiho, one of the founding members of Children of Bodom, passed away on December 29, 2020.

Founded in 1993 as Inearthed, the group's final lineup existed until their separation in 2019. Over ten studio albums, two live albums, two EPs, two compilation albums, and a DVD, they became one of the most legendary Finnish death metal bands. Their third studio album, 'Follow the Reaper,' was their first album to receive a gold record in Finland, and subsequent studio albums achieved the same status. The next four albums debuted at number one on the Finnish album charts and also achieved chart positions on the US Billboard 200 and number 9 on the German charts. They are one of the best-selling bands of all time in Finland, with over 250,000 records sold there alone.
